Global immigration and Investment Company in Manchester city centre is now seeking a SEM/SEO Executive to join in our business consultant team.
The Opportunity
Our business is entering a phase of rapid expansion and, to help us get to the next level, we are looking for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing, specifically SEM/SEO.
This is a hands-on role, so the candidate must have solid experience in building SEM/SEO as well as display ad campaigns, and demonstrate a track record in achieving quantifiable KPIs, i.e. primarily in customer acquisition and marketing-to-sales conversions.
Hence, we are looking for someone who is not just a technical expert, but who has entrepreneurial spirit. You must be comfortable in racing towards monthly quantifiable targets. Equally, you will be rewarded with performance-related bonus for successfully meeting those targets.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute SEM and display ad campaigns to ensure that our paid search strategy enables us to achieve marketing performance targets
• Drive KPIs including new users, marketing-to sales conversions, event registration, website traffic, CTRs etc.
• Manage SEM budget to optimise efficiency
• Optimise SEO and improve organic search ranking of websites including mobile
• Analyse SEM campaign ROI
• Support broader marketing goals of conversion ratios and customer acquisition
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing / digital marketing / similar
• Proven working experience in managing SEM/SEO (1-2 years) and display advertising campaigns
• Strong experience in running Google (&ideally also Baidu) Adwords campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Experience in optimising landing pages, and with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
